Anxiety Management Programme

The Anxiety Management Programme is a periodic closed group held one afternoon a week for 8 weeks. This group aims to provide the opportunity in a safe, supportive environment to explore pathways which will enable people to decrease the effects that anxiety has on their well-being, and encourage implementation of positive strategies/skills to improve management of their anxiety symptoms.

This group also utilises a mental health educational and cognitive behavioural informed approach and is particularly useful for those experiencing a period of acute anxiety or long-term generalised anxiety.
